Woman Found Dead in Well in Assam’s Kokrajhar, Police Detain Son for Murder

A shocking murder case has come to light in Amguri village under Naigaon area in Assam’s Kokrajhar district. A 40-year-old woman named Sumi Kisku was found dead in a well near her home.
The incident happened when other family members were not at home. After returning, they could not find her and started searching. Later, locals found her body inside the well, which created panic in the area.Police reached the spot soon after getting the information.
They started an investigation and have now detained Sumi Kisku’s youngest son on suspicion of killing her.Sources say the son might be involved, but police have not confirmed any reason behind the murder yet. Police are closely investigating the case and collecting evidence from the spot.
