Viral Video Shows Minor Girl’s Hair Pulled, Abused With Foul Language by Group of Girls Including a Student in Nagaland

A disturbing video showing a minor girl in Nagaland being brutally assaulted, humiliated, and verbally abused by a group of school-age girls, one of whom is clearly in uniform has gone viral on social media, sparking widespread outrage.
According to the input, the incident occurred on March 31, 2025.
The viral video shows the victim having her hair pulled, being pushed around, and targeted with foul language as the group surrounds her, mocking and tormenting her without guilt.
The appalling behaviour, more in line with street goons than schoolchildren, has triggered outrage across the state.
The Chümoukedima Town Students’ Union (CTSU) condemned the incident, describing the act as “inhumane and unacceptable,” and demanded that the school involved take immediate disciplinary action against those responsible.
The Union in a statement said, “The uniform is believed to be from North Town Higher Secondary School. While, the other are yet to be identified.”
CTSU said, “There will be no leniency for such behaviour,” and called on the school believed to be involved to take immediate disciplinary action against those responsible.
The Konyak Student Union Chumoukedima also condemned the bullying incident and demanded that the group of girls involved referred to as the “girls gangster”, issue a public apology video no later than June 2.
It warned that failure to meet the demands of the victim’s family and the Union would lead to further action.
