Tragic: 2 killed as bus carrying wedding guests overturns in Mirza

The deceased have been identified as Harkanta Rabha, resident of Hathibandha area and Shankar Rabha, resident of Tengakhal area.
In a tragic accident, at least two people were killed and several others were injured after a mini bus carrying marriage guests lost control and overturned on road in Assam’s Kamrup district on Sunday.
The incident took place in Mirza area under Palashbari Police Station.
As per inputs, the accident happened when the bus carrying around 25 passengers was headed to Chandubi area, the driver lost control over the vehicle and overturned on the road.
Following the accident two people lost their lives and several others injured.
Those injured were immediately taken to Mirza Primary Hospital, later referred to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital.
The deceased have been identified as Harkanta Rabha, resident of Hathibandha area and Shankar Rabha, resident of Tengakhal area.
