Three Nagaland University Professors Among World’s Top 2% Scientists for 2024

Stanford University and Elsevier recognize Professors Ambrish Singh, Joginder Singh, and Sujata Dash for their groundbreaking research.

Three esteemed professors from Nagaland University have been named in the prestigious list of the world’s Top 2% Scientists for 2024, released by Stanford University and Elsevier. The honored professors include Prof. Ambrish Singh from the Chemistry department, Prof. Joginder Singh from Botany, and Prof. Sujata Dash from Information Technology departments.

Prof. Ambrish Singh, recognized for the fifth consecutive year, has published over 185 research papers with an impressive H-index of 52. He has held academic positions in China and India and has received multiple awards, including the Sichuan 1000 Talent Award.

Prof. Joginder Singh, known for his work on plant-microbe interactions, has authored over 200 research articles and edited 32 books.

Prof. Sujata Dash, an expert in bioinformatics, holds several patents and has published extensively in international journals.

This recognition highlights Nagaland University’s growing contribution to global scientific research.
