Saha stated that they have overcome confusion and differences through dialogue.
Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Sunday asserted that his government is committed to resolving issues affecting the common people, in contrast to previous regimes that, he claimed, kept problems alive for political mileage.
Speaking to media after offering prayers at the Sri Saibaba temple in Amtali on the occasion of Ram Navami, Saha said the current government wants the people to have a “feel good” experience under its administration. He was accompanied by Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy during the visit.
“Though I am a political leader, I am also a human being. The biggest satisfaction for me is fulfilling the aspirations of the common people. Our government is working with this aim,” said Saha.
Referring to past attempts to disturb harmony in the state, Saha stated that they have overcome confusion and differences through dialogue.
He concluded with an appeal to the public to continue having confidence in the government, assuring that his administration is working with the right intentions to address issues and uplift the common man.
Lauding Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, he said, “India has progressed from the 11th to the 5th position in the global economy without compromising on safety and security. Along with infrastructural growth, the PM is focusing on last-mile delivery in the spirit of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya’s philosophy.”
He added that Tripura is following the PM’s developmental vision, and the public’s growing trust in the government reflects the positive transformation in the state’s overall atmosphere.
