Eight-year-old Binita Chhetry from Assam has captured hearts worldwide with her breathtaking dance performance on Britain’s Got Talent, earning a standing ovation from both the judges and the audience. Industrialist Anand Mahindra shared an appreciation post for the young talent on X.
Mahindra praised Chhetry’s dedication and intense practice and wrote on X, “Just 8 years old. World class. Steel-willed; Because that kind of mastery over her body comes only with intense practice. And with an unwavering focus on her ambition, even if it’s just a ‘Pink Princess House.’ She’s my #MondayMotivation.”
A video of her performance has gone viral on social media, where she introduced herself and revealed her dream of winning the competition to buy a Pink Princess House. “Britain’s Got Talent is my dream stage, and I want to win it,” she confidently declared.
Chhetry’s remarkable performance has also drawn admiration from Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, who shared her video and extended his best wishes. Her journey on the global stage has not only made Assam proud but has also inspired many young talents across India.
