Speeding Truck Crushes 2 to Death in Assam’s Tinsukia

The accident took place on the National Highway No 37 at Hijuguri in Tinsukia.

In a tragic road accident, two persons lost their lives after being hit by a speeding truck in Assam‘s Tinsukia district today.

The accident took place on the National Highway No 37 at Hijuguri in Tinsukia.

As per inputs, the truck mowed down the victims riding a motorcycle, killing them on the spot.

The driver immediately fled the scene with the vehicle soon after the incident.

Police reached the spot shortly after and began an investigation into the matter.

Efforts are on to trace the absconding driver and the vehicle.

The identities of the deceased are yet to be accertained.
