The CDO-Kakching team apprehended the accused at Pallel Mamang Leikai, seizing around 10.2 kg of suspected WY (World is Yours) tablets. The haul is valued at several lakhs in the illegal drug trade.

Chief Minister Singh praised the swift action of the CDO-Kakching team and expressed concern over the involvement of security personnel in drug-related activities. “This arrest highlights the corrosive impact of drug money within our forces. It is a call for stricter vigilance and action,” he stated.
