Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh is all set to return from Delhi. As per sources, Biren Singh will arrive in Imphal at around 3 pm on Monday.

The Manipur Chief Minister was in New Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and apprise him of the current situation in the State following the October 31 understanding between the NSCN-IM and the Government of India to end the decades long Naga political issue.

Pressure has been growing on the Manipor government with protests over the Naga issue continuing unabated in the state.
