Lovlina Borgohain advances to semis at IBA Women’s World Boxing Championships

Assam's very own Lovlina Borgohain has yet again proved her mettle by securing her third global medal at the ongoing World Boxing Championship in the 75 kg category
Lovlina defeated Mozambique’s Rady Gramane. Lovlina will now face two-time Olympic medalist and former world champion Li Qian of China in the semi-finals. Meanwhile, apart from Lovlina, world champion Nikhat Zareen and 2 others, namely Sweety Boora and Nitu Ghanghas won medals.
