The Indian Premier League (IPL) officially announced the news through its social media handles on March 28.

To make the event even more spectacular, Guwahati will witness its first-ever IPL drone show during the match. The breathtaking display will celebrate the Rajasthan Royals’ journey and highlight their commitment to women-led transformation.

Meanwhile, on March 26, Rajasthan Royals was defeated by Kolkata Knight Riders by 8 wickets in the sixth match of IPL 2025 at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati.

Notably, Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez was also scheduled to deliver a thrilling pre-match performance before the match between defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders and Riyan Parag-led Rajasthan Royals on March 26. However, she had to withdraw at the last minute due to her mother’s deteriorating health.
