Imphal Hosts 10th State Level Aquarium Exhibition Featuring Stunning Aquascapes, Exotic Fish and Bonsai

The Manipur Science & Technology Council (MASTC) is organising the event in collaboration with local aquarists and floriculturists.

An exciting showcase of indigenous and exotic fishes, vibrant flowering plants, artistic bonsai, and creative aquascaping designs is drawing nature lovers to the 10th State Level Aquarium Exhibition-cum-Flower Show, which was inaugurated today at the Manipur Science Aquarium, D.M. University Campus, Imphal.

The Manipur Science & Technology Council (MASTC) is organising the event in collaboration with local aquarists and floriculturists. The exhibition was inaugurated by Chingakham Shachi, Joint Secretary (Science & Technology), Government of Manipur, in the presence of Homila Hongrei, Director (S&T), Government of Manipur, and Director of MASTEC.

The exhibition will continue till June 4. MASTC have encouraged the public to visit and enjoy the unique collection of aquatic life and flora on display.

Visitors can witness a colourful variety of fishes from Manipur and other parts of the world, artistically arranged aquatic tanks, beautifully designed aquascapes, as well as seasonal flowers and bonsai crafted by local experts.

In a welcoming move, no entry fee will be charged, making the exhibition accessible to everyone. The organisers hope that the event will help raise awareness about biodiversity, sustainable fishkeeping, and the importance of floriculture.
