In a chilling and heart-wrenching crime, a 25-year-old woman named Dipali Biswas was brutally murdered by her husband in Assam’s Tamulpur district. The horrifying incident took place in Angarkata Shantipur and has left the entire community in shock and outrage.
According to visuals that surfaced online, the accused, 35-year-old Bikash Biswas, used a machete to slit his wife Dipali’s throat in cold blood. What followed added to the horror, Bikash recorded the entire act on his mobile phone and shockingly uploaded the video on social media.
The video showed not only the gruesome murder but also the disturbing moment when Bikash was seen licking Dipali’s blood after killing her. The footage has triggered widespread anger, grief, and revulsion both online and offline.
As soon as locals and social media users came across the horrifying video, they alerted the authorities. Police teams rushed to the spot and arrested Bikash Biswas. He is now in custody, and police have launched a full investigation into the case.
