Good News for Job Seekers in Arunachal, Cabinet Approves 280 New Posts in PHE Dept

Good news for job aspirants in Arunachal Pradesh. In a significant move aimed at strengthening public services and creating employment opportunities, the state Cabinet on Monday approved the creation of 280 new posts in the Public Health Engineering and Water Supply Department.

The newly sanctioned positions are across various categories, offering a range of job openings for skilled and eligible candidates.

This will not only enhance the department’s efficiency and delivery but also open doors for fresh recruitment, providing a major push to those eyeing government jobs in the state, the government said.

Application details will be available once official announcements are made.

Additionally, in a relief to aspirants impacted by cancelled Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) recruitment notifications (issued prior to 2024), the State Cabinet has approved a One-Time Relaxation in the upper age limit for direct recruitment.

The Cabinet also approved the proposal to frame a Common Examination Scheme for conducting Direct Recruitment to the posts of Assistant Engineers and Junior Engineers under the state government.
