Ex-Assam BJP President Bhabesh Kalita Clarifies, Says Wife Was Not Abducted

Former Assam BJP President and Rangia MLA Bhabesh Kalita has clarified that his wife was actually not abducted as it was mentioned by him in an FIR filed with the Changsari police station.
Briefing newspersons, Kalita informed that his wife and child were forced to wait at the Madanpur toll gate for no vaild reason.

The former Assam BJP president maintained that his wife and child had to face an untoward situation after the toll gate employees misbehaved with them. Bhabesh Kalita said that such individuals deployed at the toll gate needs to be counselled so that similar incidents do not repeat in the future. The Rangia MLA also mentioned that he was also implicated in a false case by the toll gate employees.

Earlier, Kalita had filed an FIR accusing three employees of the Madanpur Toll Gate of abducting his wife and illegally printing and misusing his official MLA pad. The complaint was submitted through the Superintendent of Police, Kamrup, demanding immediate action against the culprits.
