For Shruti Haasan, black stands synonymous with all things love. The style icon’s fondness for the shade needs no introduction. So much so that, the actress made sure that black accompanied her on the Cannes 2023 red carpet. Shruti Haasan walked the red carpet wearing a four-piece majestic set from the shelves of Vaishali S. Shruti slipped into a black and blue coral top and paired it with a matching skirt. The outfit featured a sheer cape with piping detailing, which is attached to a massive coral in the front. The actress styled it by wearing a crop tube top underneath. The elegance of the look was amplified, as she paired it with a midi skirt that came with a side asymmetrical train. Bold red lips and no-winged liner were pleasing to the eyes. Spiral diamond earrings made their way to her ears. Her hair styled in wavy lengths looked lovely on her.

This was the second time the 76th edition of the Cannes Film Festival witnessed Shruti Haasan in black. Just a day back, the actress turned out to be an absolute charmer in her all-black latex midi dress. Saying that she raised the temperature would be an understatement when in reality she set it all ablaze. In the shirt-style collared dress, Shruti embraced edginess but with a tinge of elegance. She added a twist to her goth look and carried a nude glam with a black manicure. She gave it all a final touch through her platform block heels. 

Shruti Haasan is well-versed in the amount of elegance and edginess required to come up with the perfect style statement. The diva looked gorgeous as she slipped into this black body-fitted midi dress. The full-sleeved ensemble feature a corset-style bustier, which was accentuated through the cutout detailing on the neckline. Ditching the neckpiece, Shruti added just a few rings along with a dangler and she was good to go. The actress left her curled tresses open.

It is very rare that Shruti Haasan adds another colour to her black picks. But when she does it, she dazzles outright. The actress wore a silver metallic corset top with black cargo pants and an oversized shirt, which she carried in a button-down style. She left her straight tresses open and accessorised her look with a choker-style chain.
