Assam: Youth On His Way To Appear For ADRE Exam In Dibrugarh Dies In Road Accident

A youth, who was on his way to appear for the Assam Direct Recruitment Examination (ADRE) in Assam’s Dibrugarh, was killed in a road accident on Sunday.

The incident took place near Thakurbari area in Dibrugarh. The deceased youth has been identified as Milan Gogoi, a resident of Tingkhong.

As per inputs, the accident occurred when Gogoi who was on his bike died after he lost control and skidded over a speed-breaker and then rammed into another vehicle.

He was rushed to the Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) but was declared dead by the doctors.

Earlier, on October 17, a tragic road accident on the Patharkandi bypass in Assam’s Karimganj district claimed the lives of two Assam Police personnel.

The victims, identified as Rahul Dev Burman from Khilairaband, Patharkandi, and Budhan Barman from Damchura, Ratabari, were on their way to Karimganj when their motorcycle crashed into a stationary truck.
