An incident of firing has been reported from Taukak Tea Estate at Sonari in eastern Assam. Two miscreants opened blank fire and escaped when they had come to collect extortion money.

Two miscreants opened blank fire and escaped when they had come to collect extortion money.
The two miscreants had come to collect money worth one lakh rupees form a school teacher named Ashok Jha.
Jha’s son tried to nab the culprits, but the miscreants blank fired in the air and made off.
Meanwhile, the incident has created sensation in the region. Police are on a manhunt to nab the culprits.
