One ATM security guard was killed in a shootout with armed miscreants at Doomdooma in Tinsukia district of Assam.
The shootout took place when the armed miscreants tried to barge into the ATM and loot the money.
4-5 armed bike borne miscreants had attempted the robbery. One of the robbers from the gang was killed in the shootout.
The security guard who lost his life has been identified as Simu Buragohain.
