Assam: 3 teenagers drown in Golaghat

Tragedy struck in Golaghat district of Assam as 3 teenagers drowned in the Dhansiri River.

The deceased have been identified as Zayed Khan, Mustaq Ali, and Sandeep Mahato.

Aa per inputs, the trio went to bathe in the river on Thursday and drowned in the deep water.

The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team recovered the body of Sandeep Mahato yesterday evening, while Zayed Khan and Mustaq Ali were still missing.

The NDRF team resumed rescue operations today and recovered the bodies of Zayed Khan and Mustaq Ali this morning.
