The meet was organised to take stock of the party's poll preparedness ahead of the Arunachal Assembly and Lok Sabha Polls.
BJP National President JP Nadda today chaired core and executive committee meets of the Arunachal Pradesh unit of the party.
The meet was organised to take stock of the party’s poll preparedness ahead of the Arunachal Assembly and Lok Sabha Polls.
Nadda addressed a mass gathering and urged party workers to dedicate themselves to the state’s betterment in light of the upcoming 2024 elections.
Speaking at the meet, the BJP National President said that the alliance of the opposition parties, I.N.D.I.A. solely focuses on “Family and Property.”
Nadda added that the alliance advocates the concept of “Save the Family and save the property.” Nadda also criticized the alliance for keeping the country in the dark about their agreements with another country’s political party, opposing major development and allegedly attempting to undermine the unity of the nation.
Modi has introduced ‘report card politics’ in India where the ruling BJP is accountable to the people and takes along every stakeholder, Nadda said.
“The Modi government is committed to GYAN — gareeb (poor), youth, annadata (farmer) and naari shakti (women power). The Modi government has uplifted 13.5 crore people from the poverty line”, he claimed.
The BJP president also highlighted various achievements of the ruling NDA government at the Centre and urged the party workers to bring the party to power for the third consecutive term.
“Modi has given huge importance to the Northeast, where he has visited 60 times. He has ended 50 years of violence and turmoil by signing a number of peace accords in the region,” he asserted.
The meeting was also attended by BJP State President Biyuram Wahge, Chief Minister Pema Khandu, Union Minister of Earth Sciences Kiren Rijiju, Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, and other State BJP Office Bearers.
Earlier last evening, Nadda also chaired a BJP core committee meeting in Guwahati which was atteded by Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and other BJP leaders.
