Arunachal Govt Signs MoU with CBC and Karmayogi Bharat to Upskill Public Servants

The initiative focuses on improving the efficiency, skills, and responsiveness of public servants across departments.

In a landmark move to strengthen governance and improve public service delivery, the Government of Arunachal Pradesh has signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) and Karmayogi Bharat under the ambitious Mission Karmayogi programme.

This strategic partnership aims to empower the state’s government employees through well-structured and future-ready learning and development programs. The initiative focuses on improving the efficiency, skills, and responsiveness of public servants across departments.

Taking to X, Chief Minister Pema Khandu wrote, “This strategic partnership under #MissionKarmayogi is set to drive impactful capacity building and empower public servants through structured, future-ready learning and development programs. Excited to see the positive change this will bring to public service delivery in the state!”

The Capacity Building Commission, set up under the Government of India, will work closely with Karmayogi Bharat and state agencies to identify skill gaps, design training modules, and ensure measurable outcomes. Karmayogi Bharat will bring in technical expertise, digital platforms, and resources to streamline the training process.

The collaboration under Mission Karmayogi is expected to create a performance-driven culture among civil servants, with regular assessments and feedback loops to ensure continual improvement.
