Are Manipur’s Internally Displaced Persons Happy With Govt’s Relocation Plans?

Internally Displaced Persons in the state have high hopes of a swift rehabilitation to their native places by the Government of India. Despite waiting for over two years, they are hoping for concrete action from the Centre. Although the Manipur government has proposed a three-phase plan to rehabilitate the IDPs and close down the relief camps, concerns have emerged regarding the current approach.
