Union Minister Amit Shah’s sister dies during treatment at a Mumbai hospital

Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s elder sister Rajeshwariben died during treatment at a hospital in Mumbai. She was in her mid-60s.

As per reports, Rajeshwariben was not keeping well for some time. She breathed her last in the early hours of Monday at a hospital, where she was receiving treatment.

Following the demise of his ailing sister, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has cancelled all his engagements in Gujarat for the day.

Rajeshwariben’s remains have been brought at her residence today morning.

Her last rites were performed at a crematorium in the Thaltej area of Ahmedabad on Monday.
