Mood outside Deputy Commissioner’s office in Ri-Bhoi on Scrutiny Day

The mood was upbeat in Ri-Bhoi district as hundreds of supporters of different political parties converged outside the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Ri-Bhoi in Nongpoh to wait for their respective candidates as their papers underwent scrutiny.
