Tripura Cong Leader Sudip Roy Barman in Hot Water After Questioning Pahalgam Attack Timing, Hinting at Pre-Poll Conspiracy

Top Tripura Congress leader Sudip Roy Barman has come up with a conspiracy theory questioning the timing of the Pahalgam terror attack.
At a time when the entire nation stands firm behind the forces on Operation Sindoor, forget about praising India’s valour, this Congress MLA from Tripura smells a conspiracy in the entire sequence of events.
Roy Barman said that there could be a larger conspiracy behind such incidents, alleging a pattern of terror attacks occurring just before elections.
He drew parallels with the 2019 Pulwama attack, pointing out that the Pahalgam attack has taken place ahead of the Bihar elections, thereby raising suspicions of political motives.
He said, “Some questions don’t arise without reason. The Pulwama attack happened before an election, and now the Pahalgam attack happened before the Bihar elections. Common people want to know if such coincidences happen every time. After Pulwama, votes were sought in the name of martyrs. With Bihar elections approaching, will it be the same again? The mock drills, blackouts, and all this hype, are these being done just for votes?”
So by questioning the timing of the Pahalgam attack is Roy Barman giving an indirect clean chit to terror den Pakistan? Has the Congress exposed itself again, as far as the party’s stand against terror is concerned? An opposition MLA has been arrested in Assam for making a similar remark, will th Manik Saha government in Tripura follow suit?
