Manipur Hill dists will grow in leaps & bounds: CM

The Manipur government is committed to usher development and peace in the state particularly in the hill districts.
The N. Biren government in Manipur is working tirelessly to bridge the gap between the hill and valley districts as far as development is concerned.
The Manipur Chief Minister is leading this ‘Mission’ from the front by making ground zero visits and taking stock of the progress made for the implementation of schemes, especially in the hill districts.
Chief Minister N Biren Singh while attending the District Hill Leaders’ Day & Meeyam gi Numit in Senapati District affirmed that his government’s efforts have been made in full swingh to reach out to the people, address their grievances so that they can have access to the welfare schemes of the government.
“Our hill districts will now witness true development and grow in leaps and bounds under the several initiatives undertaken by the state government. Absolutely delighted to attend the inauguration and stone laying of the foundation stone of various projects in Senapati,” Chief Minister N. Biren Singh said.
The projects include Indigenous Sports Complex, District Youth Skilling, Entrepreneurship and Employment Centre, Construction of Synthetic Football Turf, two model Anganwadi Centers, UCO Bank, Open Gym, Sub-Treasury Office, and a Mini Outdoor Stadium.
