Assam Vlogger Stabbed to Death by Her Boyfriend in Bengaluru

In a shocking and gruesome crime, Maya Gogoi, a vlogger from Assam, was found dead in a service apartment in Indira Nagar, Bengaluru. The decomposed body of Maya Gogoi was found in the service apartment today, reported NDTV.
The crime came to light after a complaint was made to the Indira Nagar Police Station about a foul smell emanating from a room in the apartment.
When police rushed to the scene, they found Maya’s body on the bed soaked in blood.
During the investigation, police found a knife and nylon wire in the room, which had been ordered online, leading them to believe that the murder had been preplanned.
According to reports, Gogoi with her boyfriend Aarav Hanoy, a student counsellor at Leap Scholar, is originally from Kerala checked into the service apartment on November 23 around 12.30 in the afternoon.
CCTV footage did not show any other person entering the service apartment between November 23 and 26.
The police suspect Aarav killed Maya on November 24 by stabbing her multiple times in the chest. The police also believe he stayed in the suite rooms with the body until early this morning, when he fled the scene,
reported India Today.
Maya Gogoi worked at a private firm and was renting an apartment in the HSR Layout, according to an IANS report.
