Assam: Domestic help mercilessly beats owner to death

It cannot get more tragic than this. A domestic help has mercilessly beaten his owner to death.
The shocking incident has been reported from Assam’s Tezpur. The deceased has been identified as Upen Nath said to be over 65 years old.
As per reports, the domestic help, identified as Dhiren Tonti, brutally thrashed Upen Nath with a cane in his own house. Upen Nath died on the spot.
The Police have arrested the accused, Dhiren Tonti.
The wife of the deceased informed that both were drunk and were fighting with each other. The fight later turned violent, and both started attacking each other when the deceased Upen Nath succumbed to his injuries. The reason for the fight is still unknown.
