Sick: Minor Girl First Raped By Her Father Then Uncle, Cousin Brother and His Friend in Kokrajhar

In a rather gut-wrenching incident, a minor girl was raped first by her father and then by her paternal uncle, cousin brother and his friend. The incident that will make you sick in the tummy has been reported from Kokrajhar in Assam.
The father, Ainal Ali, 55, got his minor daughter pregnant. He and his brother (the girl’s paternal uncle) have been arrested under POCSO Act while the other two are absconding, police said.
The father began raping his minor daughter in 2019 after he killed his wife and hanged her body. He was in jail for this case for 2 years. After coming out of jail, Ainal married another woman. But Ainal allegedly subjected the woman to atrocities due to which she left Ainal.
After that Ainal started raping his minor daughter who is 15 year old now. When she resisted, Ainal threatened to kill her like his wife and she was raped. Not only that, when Ainal used to go out of station for work, his bother Joynal Ali and his son also threatened and raped her on multiple occasions.
The victim tried to inform her relatives several times, but they too warned her to stay mum. However, the matter came to light when one of her aunt forced her to speak out the truth. On May 4, the victim was taken to Bilashipara where she delivered a child in a hospital, but the infant went missing.
The next day, the victim was discharged from the hospital and stayed at a house in Bilashipara. The very same day, a cousin of the victim took her to Salakati Police Station. The health condition of the victim was not stable and police admitted her at R.N. Brahma Civil Hospital in Kokrajhar. Police registered a case under relevant sections of the POCSO Act.
On May 9, Police arrested Joynal Ali and sent him to jail. But the father of the girl, Ainal Ali was absconding. Police finally traced Ainal Ali at a railway station in Uttar Pradesh, arrested him, and brought to Kokrajhar. Ainal was sent to jail on the basis of the cases registered against him.
