Three new district election officers appointed in Arunachal Pradesh

The officers will now oversee election activities in Pakke Kessang, Kamle, and Leparada

Ahead of the 2024 assembly elections, three new District Election Officers have been appointed in Arunachal Pradesh.

The officers will now oversee election activities in Pakke Kessang, Kamle, and Leparada, bringing the total number of District Election Officers in the state to 25. These officers will lead their respective district election offices, with the Deputy Commissioner serving as the District Election Officer.

Speaking to Northeast Live Joint Chief Electoral Officer Liken Koyu said, ” We have a total of 22 district election officials, recently three new district officers have been created and now the total district election officers will be 25. The three new officers have been declared as head of office”,

“At present, there are 2226 polling stations in Arunachal Pradesh and one can submit forms online as well as offline. In the online process one can file their claims in portalvoters.eci.gov.in”, added Liken Koyu
