Arunachal chopper crash: All 5 bodies found

Rescue and search operations made a breakthrough after the body of the 5th missing braveheart was traced at a distance from the crash site.

The body of the 5th missing Army trooper in the Arunachal Pradesh chopper case has been found. Meanwhile, those who lost their lives in the tragic incident have been identified as Major Vikas Bhambhu, Major Mustafa Bohara, CFN TECH AVN (AEN) Ashwin KV, Havildar (OPR) Biresh Sinha, NK (OPR) Rohitashva Kumar. Major Vikas Bhambhu, Major Mustafa Bohara and Rohitashva Kumar hail from Rajasthan, while Biresh Sinha hails from Assam’s Karimganj district.


It may be mentioned that, an Advanced Light Helicopter of the Army had crashed at Singging Village in Arunachal Pradesh’s Upper Siang District. The crash took place at around 10:40 am on Friday. The crash site is 25 km fromTuting Headquarter.
