Covid situation continues to be worrying in Mizoram as the state’s positivity rate remains above the 10% mark.
The state this morning reported two more deaths due to the infection and 72 new positive cases.
According to the data released by the Directorate of Information and Public Relations Mizoram, of the fresh cases, 64 were detected during the rapid antigen test and 8 other cases were found positive during the FIA test.

The new positive cases include 37 males and 35 females.
with the new cases, Mizoram’s total covid tally rose up to 1, 40, 564.
The state currently has 1,399 active cases. And to be precise, the state’s positivity rate currently stands at 10.45%.
