The Nagaland Gaon Bura Federation (NGBF) in an earnest appeal has urged the NSCN (IM) to unite all factions for the smooth facilitation of the Naga peace deal.

The Federation made this appeal after a delegation of the NGBF met the NSCN (IM) leadership in New Delhi earlier this month.

The federation also appealed the NSCN (IM) to lay before the Naga people the contents and blueprint of post solution political and administrative structure.

The NGBF in a statement said that the contents must be made public like the way the Working Committee of the NNPGs have done in the form of Status Paper. The NGBF believes that this would clear any doubt.

The Nagaland Gaon Bura Federation in a firm statement stated that it cannot accept a Naga solution that is ‘ambiguous’. Reiterating its earlier position, the Nagaland Gaon Bura Federation said that the final agreement must be signed on the basis of the understanding arrived at in the talks held on 31st December, 2019, which is the Framework Agreement.
