Sikkim’s Aarogya Dahal Finishes As 2nd Runner-Up at Malaysian Karting Championship

The championship, organised by the prestigious Motorsport Association of Malaysia (MAM), took place at the Elite Speedway Plus Circuit in Subang Jaya.
Aarogya Dahal, a 20-year-old motorsport enthusiast from Rhenock, East Sikkim, has made his state proud by securing the 2nd Runner-Up position in an international karting championship held in Malaysia on May 11.
The championship, organised by the prestigious Motorsport Association of Malaysia (MAM), took place at the Elite Speedway Plus Circuit in Subang Jaya. The high-intensity international sprint race featured three competitive heat laps and attracted top racers from around the world. Aarogya showcased exceptional skill, determination, and racing acumen to earn a spot on the podium, marking a significant milestone in his budding motorsport career.
Aarogya, the son of Mahesh Chandra Dahal and Hem Kalyani Gurung, has already made a name for himself in the motorsport world despite his young age. His notable past achievements include being recognized as a Rising Star at the Kerala Talent Hunt, making his debut in the 24-Hour Endurance Dubai Championship, participating in Rotax testing in Sepang, Malaysia, and winning 3rd place in the Senior 4S Category at a previous race hosted by MAM at the same Elite Speedway Circuit.
