Tripura: Man refuses to pay for petrol, killed by wife and son

The deceased man has been identified as Haribol Biswas and the accused duo have been identified as Alpana Biswas and her son Suman Biswas.

A man was allegedly killed by his wife and son for refusing to pay for petrol for his son’s motorcycle in Tripura. 

The shocking incident was reported from Damdami village under the Lefunga Police Station in West Tripura district on Wednesday night. 

The deceased man has been identified as Haribol Biswas and the accused have been identified as–Alpana Biswas and her son Suman Biswas.   

Sahadev Das, Officer-in-Charge of Lefunga Police Station said that the accused mother and son brutally beat Haribol and after he succumbed to his injuries, they locked the house and fled. 

The incident came to light after the deceased’s brother filed a complaint at the Lefunga Police Station regarding the incident.  

Later, police arrested the accused mother and son.
