Shruti Haasan and boyfriend Santanu Hazarika decide to part ways after 4 years of togetherness

If reports quoting sources are to be believed, both Shruti and Santanu decided to end their relationship amicably owing to "personal wavelength issues".
After four years of togetherness, Bollywood actor Shruti Haasan and her boyfriend Santanu Hazarika from Assam have decided to part ways, reports said.
Several news reports have said that the buzz about their breakup is indeed true, which is believed to have happened last month.
If reports quoting sources are to be believed, both Shruti and Santanu decided to end their relationship amicably owing to “personal wavelength issues”.
Reports also suggested that Shruti and Santanu have been living separately ever since they broke up.
Shruti Haasan has reportedly removed all photos with her boyfriend from her Instagram account.
Shruti posted a cryptic post after a short absence from social media where she wrote, “It’s been quite a journey, learning so much about myself and others. We should never apologise for who we are or what we need to be.”
In an earlier interview with Bombay Times, Shruti Haasan opened up about her relationship with Santanu and said, “Santanu and I had some common friends. Our friendship blossomed because of our mutual appreciation for the love of art, music and cinema. People like him are rare. He is very kind and talented. He is a visual artist… an illustrator, and I find his art really inspiring. I have met many people who don’t prioritise kindness and good behaviour, especially in our business.”
Over the past few weeks, Shruti Haasan hasn’t been sharing any photos with Santanu. The two have unfollowed each other on Instagram as well. However, neither Shruti Haasan nor Santanu Hazarika have opened up about the reason behind their breakup.
Shruti who had visited Assam in 2022 with her beau, had stunned everyone in a black Assam silk mekhela chador. She also spoke about her love for aloo pitika (mashed potato), popular Assamese dish, and bhoot jolokia (ghost chilli).
